      1st Phase: Feasibility Study<\/strong>.\u00a0A phonetic search of the trademark to be registered will be made to check if there is already a similar trademark previously registered with the IMPI;\u00a0since, if this were the case, the registration would not proceed.
      In case of finding that a registration already exists, the client will be able to re-design their logo and\/or change brand name, and a search will be done for the new name.<\/p>

      o\u00a02nd Phase: Application for Registration.<\/strong>\u00a0If the trademark to be registered passes the feasibility study, then you can proceed with the user registration process before the IMPI and then enter the corresponding trademark registration application.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
